About Me.

My name is Pam Miller.

  • RN for 29 years

  • FNP, Family Nurse Practitioner for 16 of those years

  • Certified in Plant Based Nutrition, eCornell, completed June 2018

  • Certified Health and Well-Being Coach with a Lifestyle Medicine Coaching Certificate from Wellcoaches and ACLM [American College of Lifestyle Medicine].

  • I have assisted Chef AJ in moderating her membership forums in some of the paid programs.

  • I assist coaching on Feel Fabulous Over Forty.

  • I am currently enrolled in FRN Food Revolution Network Plant Based Coaching program. 


I have been plant based since 2011 but was a junk food vegan. I struggled with binge and restriction but despite intermittent restriction I never felt good in my own skin. Fall of 2017, I found Chef AJ and finally grasped calorie density. Calorie density made sense to me.

 

Living the whole plant foods nutrition style has transformed my life and because I want everyone to experience some version of what I have experienced, I have a passion to help people tackle these very problems.
 
My focus is to help people achieve optimum health; to improve nutrition, to learn and practice a sustainable healthy way of eating, to lose weight, as well as prevent and reverse disease through meal plans and support. I have learned that keeping your whole body healthy has significant benefits. I know that misguided food choices impact our health, our energy and overall well-being.
 
Whole plant foods have the power to transform us. Such an easy concept but sometimes we struggle to keep healthful eating and a healthy lifestyle a priority. Our emotions, stress, lack of sleep, and other factors can work to sabotage our intentions.

 

I passionately believe that prevention is the key to avoiding chronic illnesses.
 
I have a deep desire to help individuals achieve their most optimum long-term health and nutrition goals.
 
Lifestyle behavioral change can be hard but it can be doable.

My goal is to help folks succeed from wherever they are in their health journey to improve their health, particularly through whole plant nutrition including increasing movement, improving sleep, reduced stress, improving connections and relationships.

I want to help others who want to know more about this lifestyle. I have a strong desire to be helpful to you on your journey!
